Research

The underlying theme of my work is the politics of time. This area of research expands the traditional notion of time developed in the history of philosophy beyond its metaphysical implications. Instead of treating time as a universal category organizing human perception, my work draws out the sociopolitical implications of temporal experiences. I have multiple research projects in this area, together developing capitalist, racialized and colonial temporalities.
